I teach practical ways to monitor and change stress levels - important self-care skills training.
I use the Alexander Technique to teach you how to monitor, release and ultimately prevent excess tension in your body, tension which is often caused by anxiety and stress, or the way we use our body. Most of us have picked up a few unhelpful postural habits that create tension when it comes to our laptops and smart phones!
The Alexander Technique is a mind and body educational practice, it gives you the practical skills you need to feel more at ease mentally and physically as you navigate life.
I teach both 1-2-1 and groups and give interactive talks and workshops for different organisations and businesses, schools and colleges. I work with people of all ages, from 4 years old and upwards, you are never too old to learn!
